Marketplace [licenses] - how to purchase licenses in the MyZyxel Marketplace

To make your life easier in managing your licenses for your devices, the Marketplace has been opened to buy licenses conveniently and securely.

These are the three major benefits for you as a customer when using the Marketplace:

How to access the Marketplace?

• You might have noticed that after logging in to myzyxel.com, there is a new icon in the right list.

• After logging in, you will be greeted with your assets - your devices registered to your MyZyxel account.

• By clicking on one of your devices, you have an overview of the currently running licenses:

How to order a new license?

• By ticking the checkbox and the button "Go to License " you will be forwarded to the License Selection:

• Here you can choose which licenses you would like to buy (Currently, you can only buy Security licenses, but more for AP Controller, Hotspot, and Nebula are planned):

• After clicking "Add to Cart", you will see an overview of your shopping cart:
