Zyxel has officially released version 19.00 of its Nebula Control Center (NCC), bringing a range of enhancements across its platform to improve user experience and expand support for its latest devices.

Security Firewall
Several enhancements have been introduced for the USG FLEX H series, including:
- Support for VTI and LAG interfaces
- Addition of Service and Schedule objects
- New configuration options for Security Policies, Policy Routes, Static Routes, and NAT
- Expanded settings for DNS, DDNS, Authentication Server, and SIP ALG
- Improved Site-to-Site VPN configuration with SD-VPN and the renaming of "Non-Nebula VPN" to "Auto-Link VPN"
- Introduction of "Manual-Link VPN" for manual VPN setups specific to USG FLEX H series
- Monitoring for Clients and Application Usage
- Enhanced Dashboard with Firewall status and Application usage insights
- Support for Secure WiFi License
General Enhancements
For users managing multiple organizations, the new update introduces a refined UI/UX for MSP Cross-Organization synchronization, streamlining workflows and improving clarity. This feature requires the Nebula MSP Pack license. Additionally, NCC has improved the banner interface to make it easier for eligible organizations to activate the NCC Pro version.
Wireless LAN (WLAN)
A new WiFi Alert Insight Widget has been added to the dashboard, giving users better visibility into wireless performance and alerts. Access to this widget requires the Nebula Pro Pack license.
Switching
The update adds support for Zyxel’s new XS1935 switch series. The power-up mode options for Poe 7 have also been simplified into a more standardised and user-friendly design. This improvement debuts on the XS1935 series and will be available in future PoE models.
