Note: If you purchase a service from our Webshop, you might encounter error codes; here are reasons why your license fulfillment may have failed despite successful payment.
Fulfill Failed_1: The link to your account has issues. Please contact our customer support.
Fulfill Failed_2: The license key is already in your account, but the link to your device has issues.
Please ensure that you have upgraded your device's firmware to the latest and activate the license again in myzyxel.com (Services Management -> Unlinked Licenses).
Fulfill Failed_3: Activation failed. The license key was linked to your device. Please visit myzyxel.com to activate your license
(My Devices -> MAC address -> Linked Services -> Details in "Not activated" column -> Activate).
Transferring a license on MyZyxel
You can now shift licenses between devices on MyZyxel by following the steps below; ensure both devices are registered in your account. Contact support for help transferring devices between accounts.
- Log in to our MyZyxel Portal and click on “My Device”
- Find the device with the license you want to transfer and then click on the device's Mac address
- Please proceed via a click on "Linked Services"
- Select the license you want to transfer via "Details"
- Click on the transfer button. It will pop up a window, where you can select which device you want to transfer it to. It will only list the devices registered under your account
How to Activate and Link an Additional License to Device

- Log in to our MyZyxel Portal and click on “My Device”
- Navigate to Maintenance Management > License Check and enter your license to check if your license is not already in use
- Go to Service Registration and enter your license key to register the license to your account
- Click the “Link”-button located under “Status”
- Choose the device you want to link the license to and press Submit
- Open your browser and enter the URL of the device
- Log in with your credentials (default username: admin, default password: 1234)
- Go to Configuration > Licensing > Registration > Service and click the Service License Refresh
You should now be able to see the license linked to the unit.
