If you tried to activate the license on more than one computer or the license was not removed from the old computer before you want to activate it in a new installation, the license is blocked and cannot be reactivated without assistance of the customer service team.
Please provide the following details:
License code provided by email or on a voucher -or-
Email address that was used to activate the license
Contact your local customer service team by mail support and provide this details. The license can be reactivated if the service can recover that you reuse the license on one computer only.
