MyZyxel Platform - Password reset doesn't work

If you have forgotten your password for the MyZyxel platform and you cannot reset it, it might be related to your initial account creation. 

If you have created your account like this (xxx/1234 > Missing information) the server cannot complete the reset process. In this case please contact the support to get this fixed.
