To reinstall or transfer the IPSec SecuExtander VPN Client, ensure administrative rights and an internet connection. Uninstall the client from the old computer to release the license for reuse. For a new installation, download the latest version from Zyxel's website, run the installer as an administrator, and follow the prompts to activate the license with your key. If the previous computer is inaccessible due to hardware issues, contact Zyxel Support with your license key and registration email to release the license for a new device.
Note:
Newer versions can be installed directly over the existing version. The prerequisite is that the installation process is again executed with administrative rights.

- A new installation on another computer also requires reactivation. To release these, the activated client on the old computer must be removed via the uninstall routine.
- Again, with administration rights and a functioning internet connection.
- The uninstall process automatically releases the license for reuse on the authorization server.
