Support for NSA-Series devices

This article is to inform you about the current Zyxel NAS Support.

We would kindly like to inform you that we no longer process support requests regarding NSA-series devices.

The NSA device you currently possess is out of support for a long time. Therefore we can not provide any support for devices of the complete NSA series including NSA210, NSA220, NSA220Plus, NSA220LE, NSA221, NSA310, NSA310S, NSA320, NSA320S, NSA325, and NSA325v2.

Please consider an upgrade to the latest NAS series device (NAS326, NAS520, NAS540, and NAS542) to ensure support and get the benefit of the latest features.
