We as Zyxel understand that sometimes the product we delivered through our sales channels does not fulfill with all customer expectations. The only possible solution, if our customer service and warranty processes cannot cover the inquiry to customers full satisfaction, is the return for credit or money back. Based on the terms and conditions which the customer agreed during the sales process with his reseller company, we suggest to return the product to this reseller to request for money back.
The reseller can take the same step back to the distributor or other sales partners to get also refund. This way back Zyxel covers the credit given to the direct buyer from Zyxel.
Zyxel cannot guarantee that the reseller accepts the money back process, but we suggest to take this option as the fastest in first step. Please provide the original purchase invoice and the communication with our service department to proof the possible return to your reseller.

If this process however is not possible, the customer must provide us with his address and bank account details. Our service center will open a credit RMA process and request the product to be sent back to our RMA Service Center. Zyxel will refund the price that customer paid for the product directly to the bank account of the customer. This process lead time may take several weeks.
