What is the difference between the deny and reject values in the Firewall settings?
Both deny and reject are intended to block traffic. The difference is that when the value is deny , traffic will be blocked without response, and if the value is reject , traffic will be blocked with a response message Destination host unreachable .
Let's give an example.
1. If the setting Firewall is set to deny , you will see the message Request timed out .
2. If in the Firewall settings is set to reject , you will see the message Destination host unreachable .
