In some cases we seen that due old firmware on the CNA100, CNC cannnot successfully connect. We will explain how to update the CNA100 manually to solve most of these issues..
Make sure you have connected a pc with a cable to the service port of the CNA100
Set your pc with a fixed ip-adresss that is in the range of the service port.
Download CNA Firmware
Save the file to the your root folder of your pc. (just to keep it easier in a second)
Open a CMD-admin prompt or a Powershell-admin prompt. (right click windows-start button on the left corner of your screen)
Type in the command to start the FTP transfer with the CNA100 (in the picture below we use 192.168.8.1)
Then you will be asked for the user: admin, and the password, default it's 1234.
Next you will type in bin, (as we are going to transfer a binary file)
then you have to give the put command and give the path to the firmware. (if you placed the file on the root of the c drive just copy the command below)
put C:\1.51(AAMM.0)C0 (2).bin
If done correctly transfer will initiate instant and the device will be updated and ready in 5 minutes!
