Aurora - How to download a video

This step by step guide shows how to download a video via the Aurora App. When you want to have the videos available when you are not able to connect to the camera via the App, downloading videos helps to get around that problem.

1. Navigate to Cameras > My Cameras and click on the arrow pointing left

2. Tap on "Playback" to reach all Playbacks available on the Aurora camera
Please make sure that the time settings are set up correctly on the Aurora camera so it can find the correct videos for the selected timestamp

3. Tab on the video you want to download. The video will start playing.

4. Tabbing on the Cloud symbol including an arrow pointing down will start the download of the video
