There are several areas where our service for customers waiting for a device from our Service Center cannot be completed. Because of local authority restrictions we are forced to terminate the deliveries or keep them on hold if the parcel service is not allowed to pick up or deliver.
Please check the local website of the forwarder that was ordered to transport the RMA parcel. The responsible transport service is listed in the RMA delivery notification with tracking number and website.
