Voice VLAN
IP phones are commonly used in office environments, so giving voice traffic a higher priority is important when designing a network. In a common scenario of the installation, the IP phone is connected to a switch while linking the PC or laptop on the other end, bridging both devices. Advanced VLAN
Based on 802.1q the Switch will discard unknown VLAN Frames. To pass through VLANs and only to configure easy you can use VLAN Trunking:
