IMPORTANT NOTICES:
If your installed Firmware version is between 5.00-5.21 Patch 0, please upgrade to 5.30 Patch 0 directly to avoid the Firewall from hanging during boot-up progress. Don't install an interim update.
DEVICE HA User, install the upgrade Manual, not with Cloud Upgrade, to avoid the same issue.

In rare conditions, it can happen that you can not update to the latest firmware versions directly, or it's recommended in Release Notes to make some updates in between. This article helps you to find the related version.

Scenarios:

- Device was too long on stock/shipment, and the firmware is too old
- No maintenance slot for a project over the years
- Any other reasons you might need firmware files

Attention: Only the latest version downloaded from this article is supported. All other older versions are out of support and should no longer be used in the production environment! We strongly recommend flashing these versions quickly to follow the process in the release note document of the current version and go straight away to the latest firmware version Zyxel provides!

Notes: This article is for support purposes and isn't a general firmware download library. Please use the device's online update (Cloud) to get the latest version.
Devices with ZYNOS or EOL devices like USG100 (3.30 and older) are not supported anymore.

We only provide the most stable version of a major release on this article; this is enough to do the update, i.e., you need 5.21 Patch 0. You can use 5.21 Patch 1 because this is the last version of this major release. 

Please navigate your device and go to the needed version you're looking for. Use the Dropdown Selector to find your device easily. The correct firmware code (i.e., ABAE) will bring you to the right section and mark the section in color.
