In some cases, customers need to provide us Remote access to the ZyWALL (USG/UAG/VPN/ATP), so we can view and check your settings.
Please check the following:
1.- under "SYSTEM-> WWW" check the HTTPS Port if it does not default Port 443, for ZyWALL response.
And please check „HTTPS "Admin Service Control" that WAN is allowed. If you want to restrict the WAN Access, we connect from the WAN-IP: 18.104.22.168.
2.- under “Firewall/Security->Policy Control”, check whether the corresponding HTTPS port is allowed in a rule WAN-to-ZyWALL or WAN-to-Device. If you want to restrict the WAN access to our source address, we make access from the WAN-IP: 22.214.171.124.
3.- under "OBJECT->USER" please create a new Admin-User with Password for us.
Now we need your Public IP or Dyndnsname, user, and password and can log in to your device via remote.
