Prerequisite/Note: Please note that ownership transfers from Nebula organizations can only be dealt with by you yourself in the frontend - the support team has no possibility from the backend to do the transfer for you. For transferring single devices, the case is different - in this case, you unregister the device first ( Removing a device on Nebula Control Center ), and since the device remains as owned by you in your MyZyxel account, the support team can help you on the MyZyxel-Owner Transfer.
Yes, you can transfer your organization to another e-mail-address - this can be done by navigating to the menu:
Organization > Configure > Administrators
Make then sure to have a second account set as Administrator and set the "Delegate Ownership" activated:
After that, you can change the ownership of an account using the new button "Change Owner":
You will then have to confirm your choice:
After that, you can see that the former Owner now only is an Administrator:
If need be, feel free to then delete the Administrator to make the new Owner the only account able to access the transferred Organization.
