Note: Not every firmware may work in every country. You can refer to the "digits", i.e. "AAYE" if your current firmware on the device matches this article to install a new one. Note:  To access Voice over LTE (VoLTE) features offered by ISPs for making calls over LTE/4G. Due to the complexity of VoLTE configurations, Zyxel firmware does not support VoLTE. Since each provider has unique VoLTE configurations, it is best to purchase Zyxel equipment from your provider. As a workaround, you can configure the LTE router for 3G only to enable VoLTE, but this will not work in regions such as Germany where 3G is not available.
