The developer of the Aurora cameras cloud service has terminated the cloud service on 31. December 2021 finally. This means from this day onwards the cameras do not operate anymore.
Zyxel announced the end of cloud service for the product on 16.07.21 but extended it to 31.12.21.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers and users, but we could not arrange any other solution for the termination of all services. We do not want to risk our customer's security, because the cameras may fail in the operation if we find any other way to store the recordings.
Based on local legal regulations, the reseller of the device is responsible for any refund claim respected by these circumstances. The customer with products that are still covered by warranty may claim a refund to the reseller. Direct payment back of the purchase price by Zyxel is not possible.

Customers that purchased the device longer than 3 years ago, will not receive a refund as the warranty period has ended.
All accessories and modules from Zyxel, which have been purchased for the CAM3115 are included in this regulation.
