It has been identified that some XS1930-10 devices reported a sudden and fluctuating high fan speed (rpm) from time to time which produces an usual noise.
Firmware upgrade
This issue has been addressed on firmware release V4.60(ABQE.1) and above.
However, some users have informed the Fan noise has persisted even though the device has been upgraded.
In that case, please try the datecode firmware attached below:

The fan noise is not a reason for warranty claim if the device is operating within specifications. We suggest you to put the device in an air-condition environment and away from work spaces, so workers don't get affected by the noise.

In which countries that fan noise is not a reason for warranty? In my case the high pitch noise casing head aches. And currently the switch is lying under my desk doing nothing. I can see that 3 people found that information complete useless. Will you provide support for that issue? Or should I send it back?
