New Login screen
We strongly recommend that you create a MyZyxel Account to access your data from one single account for all Zyxel resources (MyZyxel.com, support.zyxel.com, nebula.zyxel.com etc.).
What is happening?
We aim to provide our customers a second-to-one journey through all Zyxel Platforms.
For this, we are migrating the SSO Login from the EMEA Systems (Support Portal, Campus Academy, Partner Portal) to the Zyxel Login, which is also used for our global platforms such as Nebula, Circle and the Zyxel Community.
From now on, new Sign-Ups for the EU Portals are forced to use an account created on https://accounts.myzyxel.com/users/sign_up
Why is this happening?
Zyxel unifies all its customer systems and will offer one login method to all its platforms.
What happens with my existing Accounts?
The former sign-in methods (Email, Google, Amazon) will still be supported until 30th June, 2023.
Will I lose any existing data?
No. You will still be able to access all data (Tickets, Training, Partner Portal items) that were bound to your email address.
How can I merge my Accounts?
Log in with your Zyxel Account using the same email address you used previously. If you still need a Zyxel account, visit https://accounts.myzyxel.com/users/sign_up and create a new account using the same email address.
What happens with my former login data?
The data relating to your former login method will be deleted on 30th June 2023.
