Steps:
a) Fill out the 4 fields
b) Confirm the captcha
c) Click on "Subscribe"

You will receive a message "Thank you for your subscription" if successfully done.

European Mail Server:

Subscribe to our KB (mail coming from @zyxel.eu)

Steps:
a) Login to our help centre with your SSO account
b) Click on the "Follow" button at the top right of the KB

If the "Follow" button changed to "Not follow anymore", then you are successfully subscribed.

No. It covers both Channel and Service Provider products depending on the content of the advisory.
