This article will introduce the New Education Portal. At Zyxel, we are always looking at ways of improving the solutions, services, and support we provide to you. Today we are announcing the latest result of these efforts with the launch of our new Education Center website. 

To provide our clients with the best possible service, access to all the latest learning resources,
certification and support are the mission of our NEW Education Center.

What can you find at the Education Center?

We are introducing the new accreditations and updated training materials at the same time as updating the website. 

1. Foundation - will introduce network fundamentals as well as routine protocols

• Learn the conceptual framework of networking systems
• How our firewalls protect your business network
  
• How our switch links the backbone of your LAN
• Basics of Wi-Fi technology and standards
• A glimpse of our cloud management architecture

2. Certification Program - helps our students build and validate their expertise

• Training content for the new Zyxel Certified Sales Associate (ZCSA) qualification – this is a new accreditation designed to give your salespeople the knowledge and confidence to sell Zyxel solutions effectively
• New content for the Zyxel Certified Network Associate (ZCNA) accreditation – formerly known as Zyxel Certified Network Professional (ZCNP)
• Updated Zyxel Certified Network Engineer (ZCNE) courses – for both Level 1 and Level 2

3. TECHtalk Episodes - discuss the latest networking trends and Zyxel product solutions

• Importantly, this includes details of our hugely popular TECHtalk series of interactive webinars, in which we discuss the latest networking trends and Zyxel solutions with our subject-matter experts. 
• Missed the last TECHtalk episodes? No worries! All TECHtalks are recorded and archived here.

How to register for the new Zyxel Education Center?

• If you don’t have any accounts, you can quickly and easily create one - please use Sign-in page.
• Already registered an account in other Zyxel platforms below - you can use it directly. As soon as you log in to the new Education Center, your previous learning records will be migrated here!

Why are we making this change?

• Very important to unify our content management activities and ensure that all our partners enjoy a consistent experience and always have access to the latest information on Zyxel solutions and services.
• It is more important than ever for us to deliver the very best, up-to-date and consistent information and support to all our partners.
• With the new content we have added, the Education Center will be an even more valuable resource for your business and help you keep on delivering the excellent service and support for which Zyxel Partners are renowned.

What will happen to the Campus Academy website?

The NEW Education Center replaces the Campus Academy website, but please be assured you will still have access to all the excellent content and resources that were available at that location as per below timeline;

• NEW user registration will be closed from 1st Jan. 2023
• If you have a discounted voucher, the last date of activation is 31st Dec. 2022
• To continue learning & finishing(already started) ongoing certification courses as well as download certificates from your profile, the platform will still be ONLINE until 30th Jun. 2023
