How to collect the controller / AP diagnostic info by GUI?

Sometimes it is needed to gather more information for further debugging. Collecting the diagnostics on a controller with the necessary tick-boxes set can help the support team to further troubleshoot the issue.

 

To gather the diagnostics file, you first need to go to 

MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Diagnostic > Collect on Controller > Collect now

The device needs some time to collect all information, please be patient until it finished.

If the issue is related to the wireless network, collecting the AP logs is necessary. 

Select the issue AP and collect the log.

Go to

MAINTENANCE > Diagnostics > Diagnostic > Collect on AP> Collect now.

Afterwards, you can send in the generated file to the support team for further checking.
