Please upgrade to the latest firmware version and collect console logs by following this procedure:
1. Upgrade the USG-firmware to the latest known firmware file - eventually ask our support staff for a bug-fixed firmware version in order to maintain latest bugfix status
2. Connect to the console port of the USG using a terminal software (in this case, we are using puTTY (puTTY setup - Example)
3. Reaching out to the CLI, use the following command:
Router> debug kernel console-level 8
4. Send the console logs to Zyxel Support Campus staff for analysis if the device still reboots.
