Yes, a SecuExtender license can be moved to another device, but only under specific conditions.
How to transfer the license
To use the license on a new device, you must first release it from the current device:
- Remove/Delete SecuExtender from the current device
- Make sure the device is connected to the Internet during removal
After this, the license will be released and can be activated on another device.
If you experience any issues, please contact Zyxel Support to request a SecuExtender license reset. Kindly include your license key in your request.
There's a reminder that the EOL perpetual license is unavailable for reset.
