Zyxel Portal - How to Change Your Email Address in the myZyxel Portal

Changing your registered email address in the myZyxel portal is straightforward, provided that the account settings allow for it. Follow the steps below to update your email address.

Important Notes: If the email field is locked or you are unable to edit it, it might be because your account is linked to Google authentication. In such cases, users can only log in using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), and not with a traditional username and password. If you wish to switch from Google authentication to standard login (username/password), please contact Zyxel Technical Support. They will guide you through the process of modifying your account access method.

  • Navigate to the Account Settings section.
  • Under User Profile, you can find the Email field.

If the field is editable, enter your new email address and Save your changes

Confirm the change if prompted (you may be required to verify the new email address via a confirmation link).
