How to Create Your Zyxel Account

Zyxel uses a single unified account for all its online services, including myZyxel, Nebula Control Center, Marketplace, SecuReporter, Astra, Circle, and the Support Portal. Once you create your account, you can manage devices and licenses, access cloud features, receive updates, submit support requests, and initiate warranty service (RMA).

Creating a Zyxel Account

Step 1. Go to the Registration Page

Open the official Zyxel registration page:
👉https://account.zyxel.com/users/sign_up

Step 2. Fill in the Registration Form

Enter the following information:

  • email address (your login);

  • password;

  • first and last name;

  • country;

We recommend using a corporate email address and a secure password that meets ayour organization’s security policy.

Please click “Create Account”.

We have sent an email to your email address . Please check your inbox and follow the instructions in the message to activate your account and set your password.

Signing In to the Zyxel Portal

After clicking “Create Account”, you will see the following message:

"We have sent an email to youremail@zyxel.eu. Please check your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email to activate your account and set a password."

Please check your email to make sure you have received the message. This is important to avoid registration errors in the email address and to confirm that your mailbox can receive messages from us.

Next, you need to activate your Zyxel account. To do so, simply sign in to the account you created using your username and password. Your first login will serve as the activation of your account.

Login Methods and What You Can Find on the Zyxel Sign-In Page

When you open the Zyxel sign-in page, you will see several ways to log in or create an account. This page also gives access to account activation, demo mode, and other useful options.

Available Login Methods

You can choose one of the following ways to sign in:

  • Continue with Google

  • Continue with Apple

  • Continue with Microsoft Entra ID

  • Continue with Passkey

  • Sign in with Email and Password

  • If you already created a Zyxel account with your email and password, you can use these credentials to access all Zyxel services, including Nebula, myZyxel, Marketplace, SecuReporter, Astra and others.

 

 

Important Notice About Login Method Changes

If you decide to enable login through Google, Apple, or Microsoft Entra ID, Zyxel will show a message informing you that:

➡️ Your login type will be changed.
➡️ Login with your email and password will no longer be available.

This means that from that moment, you must always log in using the selected external service (Google, Apple, or Entra ID).

If you want to keep using your email + password, do not switch to an external login method.

With your account, you can:

Access the Knowledge Base

Browse detailed articles, step-by-step instructions, and solutions for common issues.
The knowledge base covers networking, security, cloud services, firmware, and device configuration.

Create a Support Ticket

If you need help from Zyxel Technical Support, you can open a ticket directly in the Support Portal.
You will be able to:

  • describe your issue

  • upload screenshots or logs

  • follow the progress of your case

  • communicate with the support team through the portal

Check Warranty Status and Request an RMA Replacement

You can use your Zyxel account to check the warranty information of your device. This helps you confirm whether your device is still covered by the warranty service.

If your device is faulty and within warranty, you can request an RMA replacement through the Support Portal.
You will be guided through the steps required to submit the request and receive further instructions.
