Answer:
- SD-VPN: Existing VPN tunnels stay active. New tunnels requiring updated configs may fail until cloud sync is restored.
- 802.1X Authentication:
- With external RADIUS, authentication continues as usual.
- With Nebula Cloud Authentication, clients will not be able to authenticate during a disconnection.
