The Nebula FWA515 is a 5G BE7200 indoor router designed for high-speed connectivity with simple cloud-based management. It combines powerful 5G NR/LTE performance with the latest WiFi 7 standard, supporting up to 64 client devices.

Notice: If you experience issues registering your device in Nebula, and the error “Cannot find device” appears during registration, this is a known temporary issue. It will be fixed with an upcoming update (expected by the end of September). This error does not affect the device’s regular operation. If you have any other questions, please get in touch with technical support, and we will assist you.

Hardware Installation

Ensure the device is powered off → open the cover of the nano SIM card slot → insert the nano SIM into the tray (chip facing up) → insert the tray back into the slot → connect the power adapter to a power outlet → press the ON/OFF button → confirm that the Power LED is on.

Connecting to the Device

• WiFi (Manual SSID connection)

  • Find the default WiFi SSID and key on the device label.

  • Connect using your phone or laptop.

  • Alternatively, scan the QR code on the label.

• WiFi (WPS connection)

  • Press and hold the WPS button for 3 seconds.

  • Within 2 minutes, press WPS on your client device.

• Ethernet cable

  • Connect your computer to one of the yellow LAN ports.

Device Configuration

• Web Configurator

  • Open a browser and go to: http://192.168.1.1

  • Login with:

    • Username: admin

    • Password: (on device label)

• Follow the setup wizard to:

  • Change the admin password

  • Set up time zone

  • Configure WiFi SSID and key

Basic SIM Troubleshooting for FWA515

Check SIM Card

• Make sure the SIM is active and has a valid data plan.

• Insert it correctly into the tray (chip facing up, fully seated).

• If the device does not detect it, test with another known working SIM.

SIM PIN

• Disable the SIM PIN in a mobile phone before inserting it into the router.

• Alternatively, you can enter the SIM PIN directly in the router’s web interface when prompted.

Roaming

• Enable data roaming in the router’s cellular settings if required.

• ⚠️ Note: In some cases, roaming must be enabled even if you are inside your own country, depending on how your mobile operator configures the network.

Manual APN Setup

• If the SIM is detected but internet is not working, switch APN mode to Manual.

• Enter the APN details provided by your mobile operator in the web configurator.
