How to Check Your License Status and Expiration Date

Keeping track of your Zyxel license subscriptions ensures that your network services continue to operate smoothly without interruption. Whether you are managing your devices through the Nebula Control Center, the MyZyxel Portal, the Zyxel Marketplace, or directly via the device’s local Web GUI, it’s important to know how to check the current license status and see how many days remain before expiration.

 

Nebula - How to check all of your license subscriptions?

Overview of All Your License Subscriptions

Log in to the Nebula portal and navigate to the "License & Inventory" page. Then, click on the "Licenses" tab to review information about Nebula or security licenses associated with your equipment inventory.

Note: If you manage legacy Zyxel devices or your device operates in on-prem mode, please visit myZyxelPortal for a license status overview. 


My Zyxel Portal - How to check all of your license subscriptions?

Log in to the MyZyxel.com

2. Click "My Devices," and click the MAC of the device you want to check

3. Click "Linked Services" to see the remaining days of the license

Marketplace - How to check the remaining days of the license?

1. Log in to the Marketplace

2. Click the "Lights" of the device you want to check

3. Then you'll see the license status (including remaining days)

Web GUI - How to check the license status from the device's local Web GUI?

Log in to the Web GUI of the device with the"admin" authority

And navigate to  "Licensing" > "Registration" > "Service" and click on the "Service License Refresh" button to sync the license status And navigate to "Configuration" > "Licensing" > "Licenses" > and click on the "Refresh" button to sync the license status
