In case you are not able to connect some of the fibre optical ports to DAC cables on a Nebula managed switch, chances are that you have to log in manually to the web interface and change the respective settings:
Currently as of December 2019, this setting is not available via the Nebula Control Center, but exclusively to the web interface of the devices using DAC, e.g. Nebula-managed XGS1930.
