The device connects to the same band with a poor signal
- If the LTE7460 always connects to the same band with poor signal, please check the "LTE Band Selection" on Internet > Internet Settings > LTE Band Selection and see whether some of the LTE bands are disabled on the web interface.
- Most service providers have their network coverage map on the Internet, some of them or the radio communication government body even show the coverage in each LTE bands. You may confirm to the band coverage of your location by the map. It is notable that the coverage is not constant but changing. If your location is at the periphery of the coverage, the signal may need improvement, and you may expect intermittent services at some points.
- The LTE7460's LTE antenna is directional; therefore, if the signal is always poor, you could also re-position the LTE7460 to get a better signal.
