Zyxel periodically provides end-of-life information and migration recommendations to our valued customers. For our products that have reached end-of-life more than 3 years ago, please refer to the archived EOL product table
Zyxel EOL and EOS Concepts
- EOL - End of Life - termination of supply of a product from the factory and calculation of the duration of the lifetime warranty.
- EOS - End of Support - removed from support by developers - no firmware is released.
Note: If you have recently purchased a Zyxel device and found it on our End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) list, please don't worry! This does not mean your device is out of warranty. However, it is important to note that updates, patches, enhancements, and technical support for your device may no longer be available or could be limited. We encourage you to check the EOL and EOS list regularly to stay informed about the support status of your devices. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is always here to help.
