The Zyxel Nebula Control Center is designed to simplify network management for businesses and organizations of all sizes. Nebula offers various subscription packages with various features tailored to meet the needs of different users. This article will show you the main differences between our Nebula packs.
Upgrade an ORG from Base to Plus, or Pro Pack
An organization can be upgraded when:
- All devices are assigned with PRO pack licenses
- All devices are assigned with PLUS pack licenses
- All devices are assigned with a mix of PRO/PLUS licenses
Note! When an organization is in the Plus pack and needs to be upgraded to the Pro Pack, you need to contact support.
Navigate to the "Organization-wide" -> "License & inventory" - Click on Purchase License to purchase the license.
- Click on Actions -> Upgrade organization - To update the organization if the license has already been purchased
