Transferring your Nebula device to another site or organization is easy.
1. Just simply login into your account at nebula.zyxel.com
2. Make sure that the "Owner" of both organizations is the same. This is important for transferring devices from one organization to another, otherwise, it will not work.
3. On the left side of the site, go to "License & Inventory" and select "Devices".
4. Tick the checkbox of the devices you need to transfer.
5. Then click "Actions" and select "Change Organization" or "Change Site".
6. In the pop-up window, select "New Site" or "Organization". Check if all devices are selected correctly, they will appear in the list below.
Done, your device has been migrated.
